October is National Principals Month, our chance to shine a spotlight on the school leaders who devote countless hours to supporting our staff, students and community.
"We are truly fortunate to have such exceptional leaders at each of our Highland Park schools," HPISD Superintendent Dr. Tom Trigg said. "Each of these instructional leaders goes above and beyond to ensure that our schools are safe, welcome and inclusive for all and that there are quality teaching and learning taking place in every single classroom."
Each year in October, the Highland Park ISD Board of Trustees joins the American Federation of School Administrators (AFSA), the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP), and the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) to honor principals for their tireless dedication to their students and the schools they serve.
