Order Up HPISD, Cafeteria Volunteers

Parents, PTA, PTO and Dads Club members are encouraged to sign up to volunteer for cafeteria service in each of our schools. Last year, due to the pandemic, schools cut back volunteer programs and adjusted campus operations like lunch services. This year cafeteria operations have been fully restored and the need for volunteers is significantly greater.

One of the many unique attributes of HPISD is the significant level of parent engagement and support, particularly in each of our school’s cafeterias. Volunteering is not only a way to support your child’s school but also a way to model to your own children the importance of community service. It’s also a fun and easy way to meet new people and develop relationships that will only grow through time. When parents volunteer, students benefit. Parents do, too.
