October is National Principals Month, our chance to shine a spotlight on the school leaders who devote countless hours to supporting our staff, students and community.

PTA leaders from every school across the district have joined together to create and fund a new Parent-Teacher Organization for Michael M. Boone Elementary School. Collectively, HPISD PTAs have committed to contribute more than $300,000 for the Boone PTO general operations, as well as operations of the school's cafeteria.
